Marvellous location in a posh area just next door to shopping malls and other locations, city hall & marina bay, and the train station. Early check-in, late check-out.

The location was particularly good and marvellous, close to Shaw Tower. Further, it was really close to Bugis and Merlion and MRT, esplanade and shopping centres. The standard room that we stayed in was wonderful and compact.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel; the staff were exceptionally helpful, and the service provided exceeded that of nearby 3-star hotels. The location was safe and convenient, with shopping centers and local food stores within walking distance.

My favorite property in Singapore. Clean, good budget hotel with helpful staff. Affordable variety at breakfast. Very central location near the Bugis metro station. Also - right by National Library, 24 hour convenience stores, shopping area, National Library, bus stops, MRT stations, and Singapore in November.

We didn't have time, so we would definitely come back there. The hotel had a very central location and it was next to a purpose-built museum. They offered us cheap meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

During my recent stay, I was delighted with the great value for money I received at Hotel 81. The location was absolutely perfect, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant Arab quarter, with its charming shops and restaurants creating a wonderful atmosphere. Plus, there were even small malls and a huge food court nearby. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed had clean sheets, ensuring a comfortable stay. Considering it was a budget hotel, I found it to be more than satisfactory.

Centrally situated. Rooms very small but adequate for budget price hotel in Bugis.

Shower occupies entire bathroom. Impossible to use without drenching toilet and washhand basin. Floor wet for duration of our stay. Cleaning staff serviced rooms daily but tended to leave room doors either open or unlocked.

Room was nice and clean.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Nice building and rooms with ample amenities...

All of the staff were helpful and very very helpful.
